Beach House Guests will be Issued Two Keys Upon Arrival
(There is a $25 Charge for Each Key Not Returned)

Since we do not
accept pets, may we recommend
for pet boarding by the day or week
House Rules
1) Please
leave the Beach House in the condition that you found it. Check in time
is 3:00 PM.
2) Check out time is 11:00 AM. There are no refunds for early
departures. Please notify us 30 minutes prior to departure so that we
can inspect the property. Your Housekeeping Deposit may be returned at
this time. You will be held responsible for any damages
or missing property.
3) Do not leave your children unattended.
4) No Smoking is permitted in the Beach House.
5) No pets.
6) Limit of 2 vehicles.
7) OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS 6 ~ INCLUDING CHILDREN. The property and its
facilities are for the use of the renters only and cannot be used for
parties, or other gatherings that would cause the occupancy limits to be
exceeded.
8) Respect our neighbors and their property. DO NOT GO ON OTHER
PIERS, USE THE WRIGHT BEACH HOUSE PIER ONLY!!
9) Turn off outside lights at bedtime.
10) Do not sit on furniture or beds with wet clothes.
11) Rates are subject to change without notice.
12) Trash pickup is on Tuesday and Friday mornings. Please put trash in
can at bottom of stairs.
13) Safety and security is the sole responsibility of the renter.
14) Flush only toilet paper in toilet. (septic system)
15) Patios, balconies and entry areas must be kept free from items that
could be a hazard. Barbecue pits may not be used on balcony as this is a
fire hazard.
